Gary M. Blumenthal, Attorney at Law, practice limited to Social Security Disability Law.  Mr. Blumenthal was born in Chicago, Illinois, on July 11, 1949.  He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1974.  He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Miami University in 1971 and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 1974.  Mr. Blumenthal is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.  He is admitted to practice before the Ohio State Courts, United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Blumenthal has successfully represented Social Security disability claimants before the Social Security Administration since 1977.  In addition to his practice in Dayton, he has an extensive clientele in the central and southwestern Ohio areas and regularly represents clients before Administrative Law Judges in the Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati Office of Hearings and Appeals of the Social Security Administration.

Mr. Blumenthal is married and resides with his family in Clayton, Ohio, north of Dayton.
