Mr. Wendling was born in Dayton, Ohio, on August 31, 1976.  He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2002.  Marcus obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Political Science with a minor in History, from The Ohio State University in 1998.  In 2001, he obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, in Concord, New Hampshire.

After completing law school, Mr. Wendling was law clerk for the Honorable Barbara P. Gorman, Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge.  Marcus is admitted to practice before the State Courts in Ohio and Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  He currently represents disabled claimants before Administrative Law Judges at the Office of Hearings and Appeals.
