Steven B. Horenstein, Attorney at Law, practice limited to Social Security Disability Law. Mr. Horenstein was born in Everett, Massachusetts, on October 2, 1946. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1971 and the Ohio Bar in 1972. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts in 1968 and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University in 1971. He is a member and past president of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives and is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State, Illinois State and American Bar Associations. Mr. Horenstein is also admitted to practice before the Ohio State Courts, United States District Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Horenstein has successfully represented Social Security claimants before the Social Security Administration and United States District Court in southwestern Ohio since 1973 and has, through this experience, acquired extensive knowledge in the practice of Social Security Disability Law. He frequently appears before Administrative Law Judges at the Offices of Hearings and Appeals to represent his clients.
Mr. Horenstein is married, and resides with his family in Kettering, Ohio.
