Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal LPA has been in business for over thirty years and limits its practice to Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law, Ohio Personal Injury Law, Employment Law and Social Security Disability / SSI Law. We represent only injured persons, disabled persons and persons who have been wrongfully discharged or harassed by their employer.
Our firm consists of ten attorneys, an office administrator and administrative staff, and a team of paralegals and legal assistants. The size and make-up of our firm are ideal for our areas of practice and the greater Dayton, Ohio community.
Our attorneys and paralegals are highly experienced in their areas of practice. We have handled thousands of cases before the Social Security Administration, Industrial Commission of Ohio, in the Federal and State courts, and before the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission.
Our office occupies the entire fifth floor and part of the fourth floor of the historic 124 E. Third Street Building in the heart of downtown Dayton. Our office is easily accessible from I-75 and from U.S. Route 35. There is ample parking located next to our building. We have a state of the art office with all the technology needed to operate a consumer friendly and efficient law office.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Our initial consultations are free, and there is never any pressure or obligation to retain us. If necessary, we will make arrangements to meet with you outside of normal business hours or on Saturdays.
