Attorney Fred Sommer joined Horenstein Nicholson & Blumenthal in1999 and has limited his practice to Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law. Fred has handled thousands of administrative hearings before the Industrial Commission and also has extensive experience in appeals into the Ohio courts. Through this experience, he is highly qualified to represent injured workers in all areas of Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law.
