Timothy S. Wilson, Attorney and Counselor at law, has a practice limited to Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law. Prior to joining Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal as an attorney, Mr. Wilson served Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal as a law clerk and also served as a legal extern for a law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. He currently represents injured and disabled workers before the State Courts of Ohio, as well as at administrative hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission. Mr. Wilson also represents clients in cases involving safety code violations and intentional torts. Mr. Wilson resides with his wife in Beavercreek, Ohio.
